DepEd pushes all schools to resume 100% face-to-face classes for SY 2022-23

For the forthcoming School Year 2022-23, Department of Education (DepEd) Secretary Leonor Briones encouraged all public and private schools to resume holding in-person classes.
Around 73 percent of public schools have now started face-to-face sessions, according to the DepEd chief.
“So, right now, ang sinasabi ko 73.28 percent na ng public schools at saka meron ding tayong mga private schools na inu-urge natin, ine-encourage natin na bumalik na sila sa face-to-face,” Briones said in a Laging Handa public briefing.
