How to get 5k-8k Assistance from DSWD

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) has assured that social amelioration measures will be provided to families belonging to vulnerable sectors affected by the enhanced community quarantine as mandated by Republic Act 11469 or the “Bayanihan to Heal as One Act.”
The PHP5,000 to PHP8,000 worth of social amelioration programs is based on the maximum subsidy per region. It is determined from the region’s minimum wage levels as these are close approximations to the amount needed to buy basic food, medicine, and hygiene essentials. It will be given to an eligible family in cash and in-kind by various national government agencies.
How to receive the Social Amelioration Package:
Step 1: The local government unit (LGU) will distribute Social Amelioration Card (SAC) forms on a house to house basis. The SAC forms serve as monitoring and validation tools to help the government identify the families that need urgent financial assistance.
Step 2: All the necessary information on the SAC form will be filled up by the head of the family in big letters.
Step 3: Submit one of the forms to the LGU official when they return for collection. Make sure that the form is filled up and complete. Keep the other form (duplicate) for reference and monitoring.
Step 4: The DSWD and other government agencies will send the aid to the LGU for distribution to beneficiaries.
Here are the Requirements:
In addition to the Social Amelioration Card (SAC) forms, the DSWD will also use the existing list of Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) and the Unconditional Cash Transfer (UCT) Program to validate the list submitted by LGUs.
Families under the 4Ps will also be supported with a top-up on their grants and rice subsidy to reach the maximum benefit per region. The 4Ps beneficiaries are most vulnerable to economic, social and physical shocks such as this health crisis, thus, the need to augment their existing grants to help them with their daily needs.

Hi itatanong ko lang po bale po ung asawa ko po nag tratrabaho bilang construction worker at siya po ay under ng contractual employee. Wala po silang company payroll o payslip dahil cash po silang pinapasahod.
Makakatanggap po kaya kami ng tulong kahit po wala po siya ng nasabing requirements?

May pumunta poh kanina isang taga DSWD daw poh kasama ng purok leader sa Barangay namin sa SPD Compound Barangay 31, PP Southside, Makati… Ang dami pong na disqualified at dih poh nasunod ang step by step guide ng DWSD… Baka pwede poh pabalikin natin ang taga DSWD na na assign para dito at sundin nya ang guideline na binigay ng gobyerno poh.
